Chef Jim attended Fairmont State University where he studied business. He also attended Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts to further develop his passion for culinary arts.

Chef Jim started his culinary career working his way up to Banquet Chef at the Westin Resort on Hilton Head. He joined the Wexford Culinary Team in 2010 and was promoted to Sous Chef in 2013.
