Frank M. Copeland, III
Chef Frank earned his Culinary Degree from the French Culinary Institute in NY. In 2010 he became a Certified Club Manager and is a Member of the Club Managers Association of America. He is also a Member of the American Culinary Federation.
Chef Frank’s past experience includes Chef/Partner of Olio Restaurant in Winston Salem, NC and Chef/General Manager of Angelo & Maxie’s Steakhouse in Atlanta, GA. He joined Wexford in 2003 and is responsible for all aspects of menu development and food management.
