1st F&B Minimum Period Begins January 1
The Wexford F&B Minimum Policy reads as follows: "There is a semi-annual Food and Beverage Minimum of $450 per half-year ($900 per year in total) for all properties. All food and beverage purchases that are charged to a member account during each half-year period will be credited towards the semi-annual minimum for that account. If, at the end of the semi-annual period (periods end June 30 and December 31 of each year), there is an F&B Minimum balance remaining on a member account, the differential between $450 and the amount actually spent on F&B for that member account during that half-year will be charged as an 'unspent minimum'." .
New Property Owner Initiation Fee
The Initiation Fee (NPOIF) is in effect for all Wexford real estate transactions. Call the Membership Services Office with questions (843) 686-8810, ext. 221. |

Now is the time to begin your family/household/boat emergency planning for the upcoming hurricane season... Chief of Security Chuck Chapman will be hosting his annual Hurricane Preparedness presentation in the clubhouse in May, and all property owners are encouraged to attend. There are many resources available to help you get ready for the season. Advance preparation now is your best defense when and if a storm hits our area. Be prepared. .

Golf, Tennis and Boating... Oh My!
The spring months are filled with great opportunities to enjoy the Wexford outdoors. Whether it's a recreational round of golf, friendly tennis match, cruise out on Broad Creek or some competitive deep sea fishing, there is always LOTS to do around Wexford when the weather is great. Of course, the PGA Tour visits Harbourtown in April for the annual Verizon Heritage Classic, and Wexford members are known to frequent this fun event marking the official start of the Hilton Head Island social season.
