Bylaws and Event Policies of Wexford ETC



Bylaws

At the regular meeting of the ETC Board of Governors on March 7th 2008, the revised bylaws were approved ananimously. With minor differences with respect to the annual alection of officers, the bylaws essentially similar to those posted on this website in the Fall of 2007. In accordance with provisions in this revision, the bylaws will be presented for final approval at the ETC Annual Meeting in November 2008. Until then the Board of Governors will continue to operate under these bylaws on behalf of the society. The revised bylaws are posted here for members' convenience.

Policies:

The Board of Directors is responsible for implementing policies with respect to events, bookings, and cancellations. The revised policies were approved ananimously at the same meeting and are also posted here.
