Reservations

Clubhouse from the West

Dining:

Reservations for dinner, Sunday brunch, and all social functions are required in order to guarantee your specific request for dining arrangements. A minimum of twenty-four hour notice is suggested. Lunch reservations for groups larger than four people are strongly encouraged, due to the limited number of large tables. Our goal is to provide you with the finest quality dining experience and your reservation assists us in providing the highest level of excellence.

The Clubhouse in the Spring

Smoking Policy:

The Wexford clubhouse was designated a smoke-free facility in May 2003. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas of the clubhouse. Members and guests wishing to smoke will be accomodated in all outdoor areas of the facility, including the Veranda. We appreciate everyone's cooperation with this policy.

Clubhouse Rules:

We ask that you please adhere to the club dress codes, please not use your cellular phone in the dining room and only smoke in designated smoking areas outside the clubhouse.

Seating Times:

When making your reservations to dine at Wexford, please advise us of the time you wish to be seated for dinner rather than the time you plan to arrive at the Club for cocktails. This will allow us to better coordinate the reservations and serve you more graciously.

Large Parties:

Property Owners may reserve a maximum of 12 seats for dinner in the Wexford Dining Room during normal nights of operation. Parties of 13 or more will be considered banquets and may be booked, with advance notice and subject to space availability, in the Cambridge or Waterford rooms. Exceptions to this policy may be made upon the prior approval of the General Manager one week in advance of the desired date.

Reserve Early:

In order to prudently purchase food and beverage supplies and decorations for Club social events, we ask that you please make your reservations early. If you realize you will not be able to honor your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event; otherwise, your account will be charged. If reservations do not support the planned event, the event will be canceled and you will be notified.

Book Everything:

Please remember, when we have several events scheduled for the same day, such as tennis, golf tournaments, cookouts, etc., you are required to make separate reservations for each event.
